We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Operations Program Manager to join our Manufacturing team in Sharjah. The Practice Operations Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in the manufacturing process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and optimize processes
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
- Manage and mentor a team of operations professionals to achieve departmental goals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and key stakeholders
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior management

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- [4-8] years of experience in manufacturing operations management
- Proven track record of successfully leading operational improvement projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
