We are currently seeking an experienced Pricing Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Pricing Manager in the Aerospace and Defense industry, you will be responsible for developing pricing strategies and managing pricing policies to maximize profitability and market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability in the Aerospace and Defense sector.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer needs to develop pricing models and recommendations.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure pricing strategies align with business goals.
- Monitor pricing performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.
- Prepare pricing proposals for new business opportunities and negotiate pricing contracts with customers.
- Conduct pricing analysis and provide regular reports to senior management on pricing trends and performance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in pricing management, preferably in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in pricing analysis tools and software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in Aerospace and Defense.
