We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Probation Officer to join our team in Dubai within the pharmaceutical industry. As a Probation Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring and supporting individuals who have been placed on probation as part of their sentencing for drug-related offenses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting initial assessments of individuals placed on probation to determine their needs and risks
- Developing and implementing individualized probation plans to support rehabilitation and prevent re-offending
- Monitoring and supervising individuals on probation, including regular check-ins, drug testing, and home visits
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, social workers, and law enforcement to ensure comprehensive support for probationers
- Providing counseling and support services to assist individuals in overcoming substance abuse and other challenges
- Maintaining detailed records of probationers' progress and compliance with probation terms
- Making recommendations to the court regarding probation outcomes and potential violations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, criminal justice, psychology, or a related field
- [X] years of experience working in probation, criminal justice, or substance abuse counseling
- Strong understanding of the legal system and criminal justice procedures in Dubai
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
- Fluency in Arabic and English languages
