We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Process Improvement Manager to join our healthcare organization in Dubai. The Process Improvement Manager will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate process improvement projects across various departments within the healthcare organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize processes.
- Conduct data analysis and performance measurements to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current processes.
- Implement process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to drive continuous improvement and achieve operational excellence.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and workflow diagrams.
- Train and coach staff on process improvement techniques and tools to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of process improvement initiatives on key performance indicators and organizational goals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.

- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing process improvement projects.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
