We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Improvement Specialist to join our retail team in Ajman. The Process Improvement Specialist will be responsible for analyzing current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough analysis of current business processes and procedures within the retail environment
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights on process inefficiencies
- Developing and implementing strategies and initiatives to streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of process improvements and making adjustments as necessary
- Providing training and support to team members on new processes and procedures
- Identifying and implementing technology solutions to automate and optimize processes
- Maintaining documentation of all process improvements and changes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- [X] years of experience in process improvement or operations management within the retail industry
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvement initiatives
- Experience with process mapping and workflow analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and process improvement tools/software
