We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the development and launch of new healthcare products, as well as improving existing products to meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends
- Develop product strategies and roadmaps based on market research and customer feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to bring products to market
- Define product requirements and specifications
- Manage the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring products are delivered on time and within budget
- Monitor product performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Develop pricing strategies and promotional plans for products
- Analyze competition and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop sales tools and collateral
- Provide training and support to sales teams on new products

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
