We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences for our construction-related products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to research, design, and implement user-centric solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
- Create user personas, user journeys, and wireframes to visualize and communicate design ideas.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet business goals and technical requirements.
- Test and iterate on design solutions based on user feedback and usability testing.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in UX design.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
