We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team in Sharjah. As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for aerospace and defense applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and design solutions that enhance user experience and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in UX design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
