We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah, specializing in the construction industry. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of our construction products, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends in the construction industry
- Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps to drive product growth and profitability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, engineering, and manufacturing to ensure successful product launches
- Define product requirements and specifications based on market feedback and technical feasibility
- Monitor and analyze product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, including pricing strategies, promotions, and inventory management
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field

- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
