Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the development and marketing of our products in the Aerospace and Defense industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, as well as experience in the Aerospace and Defense sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategies to drive growth and profitability in the Aerospace and Defense market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to develop and launch new products.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the Aerospace and Defense sector.
- Define product requirements and specifications based on customer feedback and market demand.
- Develop pricing strategies and go-to-market plans for new products.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive product awareness and adoption.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies to ensure our products remain competitive in the market.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
- [X] years of experience in product management, preferably in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
- Strong understanding of the Aerospace and Defense market, including key players and trends.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
