Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Production Artist to join our dynamic team in the agriculture sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in graphic design and production art, with a keen understanding of agricultural themes and imagery. This role requires a high level of creativity, technical skill, and collaboration with various teams to produce visually compelling graphics that meet project specifications and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create high-quality visual assets for various projects, including print materials, digital content, packaging, and promotional items related to the agriculture industry.
- Prepare and finalize artwork for production, ensuring that all files are properly formatted, color-calibrated, and meet the technical specifications required for print and digital platforms.
- Maintain a consistent visual style across all projects, adhering to brand guidelines and industry standards while also bringing innovative ideas to the table.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and advertisements that effectively communicate agricultural initiatives and products.
- Conduct quality checks on all produced materials, identifying and correcting any issues before final delivery.
- Work closely with photographers, illustrators, and other creatives to source and create visual content that enhances the storytelling of our agricultural projects.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in graphic design and the agriculture industry, incorporating new techniques and ideas into your work.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in graphic design or as a production artist, preferably within the agriculture sector or related industries.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design software.
- Strong understanding of print production processes, including pre-press and file preparation.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
- Knowledge of agricultural themes, practices, and terminology is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
