Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional and highly motivated Professional Athlete to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This unique opportunity is suited for individuals who are not only passionate about sports but also interested in leveraging their athletic prowess within the consumer goods sector. The ideal candidate will excel in performance excellence and embody the brand’s values while actively engaging with the community and promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Athletic Performance: Compete at a professional level in your chosen sport, representing the organization in local, national, and international events.
- Brand Ambassador: Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting our consumer goods products through appearances, endorsements, and social media engagement to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Community Engagement: Actively participate in community outreach programs, workshops, and events focusing on health, fitness, and wellness to inspire and educate the public on leading a healthy lifestyle.
- Collaboration with Marketing Teams: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to provide feedback on product performance, consumer needs, and brand messaging.
- Content Creation: Generate engaging content, including videos, blogs, and social media postings, to share your training routines, competitions, and experiences that resonate with our target audience.
- Media Relations: Engage with media outlets to promote events, competitions, and initiatives, conducting interviews and participating in promotional activities as required.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze performance metrics, training regimens, and recovery strategies to optimize athletic performance and ensure peak physical condition.
- Mentorship: Support and mentor up-and-coming athletes within the organization, sharing knowledge and experiences to foster talent development.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a competitive athlete with a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 8 years of professional experience in your chosen sport.
- Strong understanding of the consumer goods industry, with the ability to align personal branding with corporate objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong presence on social media platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with diverse audiences and represent the brand positively in various environments.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- A commitment to promoting health and fitness in the community and a passion for inspiring others.

Physical Requirements:

- Must maintain peak physical condition and adhere to a rigorous training schedule.
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally for competitions and promotional events.
