We are looking for a talented and experienced Sports Agent to join our team in Abu Dhabi, specializing in the telecommunications industry. As a Sports Agent, you will be responsible for representing and managing the careers of professional athletes in the field of telecommunications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit talented athletes in the telecommunications industry
- Negotiate contracts and endorsement deals on behalf of athletes
- Manage the day-to-day affairs of athletes, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and public appearances
- Provide career guidance and support to athletes to help them achieve their full potential
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance the visibility and marketability of athletes
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to provide the best possible representation for athletes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business, or a related field
- [X] years of experience as a Sports Agent in the telecommunications industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent networking abilities and a proven track record of success in representing athletes
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and its key players
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
