Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sports Agent with a passion for both sports and agriculture to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will represent athletes and sports professionals who are engaged in agricultural sports, promoting their careers, negotiating contracts, and facilitating endorsements within the agricultural industry. This unique role combines elements of sports management with a focus on the exciting world of agriculture, including agritech innovations, sustainable farming practices, and agricultural competitions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Athlete Representation: Act as the primary point of contact for athletes, providing guidance on career development, branding, and public relations within the agricultural sports sector.

- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with sports teams, sponsors, and agricultural brands to secure favorable terms for clients, including endorsements, appearance fees, and sponsorship deals.

- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends in both sports and agriculture, advising clients on opportunities for growth and visibility in these sectors.

- Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with agricultural organizations, sports leagues, sponsors, and media outlets to enhance clients’ profiles and secure opportunities.

- Event Management: Organize and promote events, competitions, and appearances for clients that align with their brand and showcase their talents in the agricultural sports arena.

- Brand Development: Assist clients in building their personal brands through social media strategy, public appearances, and community engagement, particularly focusing on agricultural themes and sustainability.

- Financial Management: Provide guidance on financial planning, investments, and endorsements, ensuring clients make informed decisions regarding their careers and assets.

- Compliance and Legal Matters: Ensure that all agreements comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, working closely with legal professionals as necessary.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in sports management, athlete representation, or a related field, preferably with a focus on agriculture.
- Strong understanding of the agricultural industry and its intersection with sports.
- Proven negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for sports and a commitment to promoting sustainable agricultural practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
