We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Program Development Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic programs within the transportation and logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic programs to drive business growth and expansion within the transportation and logistics industry.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to support the growth of the organization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement innovative solutions to address key industry challenges.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful program delivery and implementation.
- Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on program performance and key metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing strategic programs to drive business growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
