We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Program Manager Assistant in the Transportation and Logistics industry in Dubai. The Program Manager Assistant will work closely with the Program Manager to assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of transportation and logistics programs and projects.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Program Manager in developing and implementing transportation and logistics programs and projects
- Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Monitor project progress and track key milestones, deadlines, and budgets
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations
- Assist in analyzing project data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement
- Support the Program Manager in conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies
- Assist in resolving project issues and escalating to the Program Manager when necessary
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and training sessions related to transportation and logistics projects
- Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by the Program Manager

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or project management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of transportation and logistics industry best practices and trends
