We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects within the healthcare sector to ensure successful implementation and completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of assigned healthcare projects from initiation to closure
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with project team members
- Monitor project progress and track milestones to ensure timely completion
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues as they arise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- Conduct regular meetings with project team members to review progress and address any challenges
- Prepare and present project reports and presentations to stakeholders and senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or related field
- [X] years of experience in project coordination within the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
