Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Property Appraiser Assistant to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will support the Property Appraiser in conducting appraisals of transportation and logistics properties to determine their market value.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Property Appraiser in conducting on-site inspections of transportation and logistics properties
- Collect and analyze data on property characteristics, market trends, and comparable sales
- Assist in preparing appraisal reports and documentation
- Coordinate with property owners, real estate agents, and other stakeholders
- Conduct research on industry regulations and market conditions
- Assist in presenting appraisal findings to clients and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
- [Number] years of experience in property appraisal or real estate valuation
- Knowledge of transportation and logistics industry is preferred
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and appraisal software
