We are seeking a Property Appraiser Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The Property Appraiser Assistant will work closely with senior appraisers to assess the value of residential and commercial properties in the region. This position will be based in our Education department, focusing on appraising properties related to educational institutions such as schools, universities, and training centers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior appraisers in conducting property inspections and gathering relevant data
- Research comparable properties and market trends to determine property values
- Prepare appraisal reports and documentation
- Assist in presenting appraisal findings to clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and timely appraisals
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
- At least 2-4 years of experience in property appraisal or a related field
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and appraisal software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
