Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Appraiser Assistant to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in property appraisal and real estate valuation while contributing to the success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist Property Appraisers in conducting property inspections, collecting data, and analyzing property features.
- Support the appraisal process by gathering and organizing relevant documentation, including property deeds, tax records, and sales comparisons.
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values, trends, and comparables within the Dubai real estate market.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of appraisals and property data in our database system.
- Prepare preliminary appraisal reports, summarizing findings and providing recommendations for property valuations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with local regulations and appraisal standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and address inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on current market conditions, zoning regulations, and property laws affecting real estate appraisals in Dubai.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in property appraisal, real estate, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with appraisal software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and local property regulations is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid UAE driver's license is preferred.
