We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will work closely with patients who are struggling with mental health issues, providing them with the necessary care and treatment to improve their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting psychiatric assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental health disorders
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients
- Prescribing and monitoring medication for patients with mental health conditions
- Providing therapy and counseling to patients to help them cope with their mental health issues
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Educating patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options
- Keeping detailed and accurate records of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Master's degree in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license
- Minimum of 3-8 years of experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment options
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems
