We are seeking a skilled and experienced Public Defender to join our Financial Services team in Dubai. The Public Defender will be responsible for providing legal representation to clients who are unable to afford an attorney in financial services related cases.

Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and negotiations
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, such as briefs, motions, and petitions
- Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure their rights are protected and that they receive a fair trial
- Collaborate with other legal professionals and support staff to build strong cases for clients
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on their rights and legal options
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation
- Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations related to financial services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- Admission to the bar in Dubai
- [Random number] years of experience working as a Public Defender or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial services laws and regulations in Dubai
- Excellent communication and advocacy skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle a high caseload
- Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken)
