We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Public Relations Assistant to join our Healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare and strong communication skills to effectively promote and maintain a positive public image for our organization.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing and implementing public relations strategies to enhance the organization's reputation
- Coordinate and facilitate communication with media outlets, stakeholders, and the public
- Draft press releases, articles, and other promotional materials
- Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR campaigns
- Assist in organizing promotional events, press conferences, and other public relations activities
- Maintain and update media contact lists
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding
- Handle inquiries from the media and public in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in public relations, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PR software
- Knowledge of social media platforms and trends
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
