Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Coordinator to join our healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi. This role is essential in promoting and maintaining our brand image while effectively communicating our mission, services, and values to the community, stakeholders, and media. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and excellent communication skills, with a passion for the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies to enhance the organization’s visibility and reputation within the healthcare sector.
- Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other communication materials to ensure accurate representation of our services and initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and regional media representatives, healthcare professionals, and community stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage public relations campaigns, including outreach initiatives, events, and promotional activities to foster community engagement.
- Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for proactive communication strategies.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of the organization’s online presence, including social media platforms, newsletters, and the corporate website.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather content, success stories, and testimonials that highlight the impact of our services and programs.
- Provide support during crisis communication situations, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of public relations efforts and prepare reports for management on key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in public relations, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful PR strategies and campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in social media management and digital communication tools.
- Knowledge of the healthcare landscape in the UAE, including regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly desirable.
