We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to join our manufacturing team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards before they are released to the market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for the manufacturing process
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to identify any defects or non-conformities
- Collaborate with the production team to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing process
- Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including inspection reports and testing protocols
- Train production staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of raw materials and components
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in quality assurance within the manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and tools
- Experience with ISO standards and certifications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
