We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a background in aerospace and defense.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance processes and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Assist in the investigation of non-conformities and implementation of corrective actions
- Support the quality assurance team in conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the organization
- Assist in the preparation of quality documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- [X] years of experience in quality assurance in the aerospace and defense industry
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as AS9100 and ISO 9001
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality assurance software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
