Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to join our dynamic team in the Real Estate sector based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the company's projects meet the highest quality standards, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Management System Development:
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Quality Assurance Management System (QAMS) tailored to the real estate industry.
- Establish quality objectives and performance metrics to monitor project compliance and efficiency.

2. Project Oversight:
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-construction to project handover.
- Evaluate project deliverables, ensuring they meet established specifications, regulations, and client expectations.

3. Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Quality Assurance team, fostering a culture of quality awareness and accountability.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.

4. Defect Management:
- Identify, document, and track quality issues and defects, collaborating with project teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Analyze defect trends and root causes to implement corrective and preventive actions.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to promote quality-focused practices.
- Communicate quality standards and expectations clearly to all parties involved in the project.

6. Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local and international quality standards, regulations, and certifications relevant to the real estate sector.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.

7. Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare detailed quality reports and documentation, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Maintain accurate records of quality audits, inspections, and corrective actions taken.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, methodologies, and tools.
- Proven experience in quality auditing, defect management, and compliance monitoring.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with local regulations and standards relevant to the real estate sector in Dubai.
