Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our dynamic team in the real estate sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction and real estate projects meet the required quality standards and comply with local regulations and industry best practices. This role is crucial in maintaining our commitment to excellence and delivering high-quality properties to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough inspections of construction sites, buildings, and facilities to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications.
- Review project plans, specifications, and relevant documentation to understand quality requirements and standards.
- Identify defects or deficiencies in construction processes and materials, documenting findings and providing detailed reports.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor the implementation of quality control processes and procedures throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Perform tests on materials and products to verify their quality and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions taken, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
- Assist in training and mentoring team members on quality standards and best practices.
- Stay updated on changes in quality regulations, industry standards, and best practices related to real estate and construction.
- Participate in project meetings and provide insights on quality-related matters.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in quality control or inspection within the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality control methodologies.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in using inspection tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in Quality Control or Quality Assurance (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma) is a plus.
