We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail plant management and be able to lead a team of employees to ensure the plant operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve plant performance and efficiency
- Manage day-to-day plant operations, including production schedules, maintenance activities, and quality control measures
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Hire, train, and supervise plant staff, including production workers, maintenance technicians, and quality control inspectors
- Monitor plant performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to meet production goals and customer satisfaction
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve plant profitability

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
