Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations in Ras Al Khaimah. The Plant Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the consumer goods industry and a proven track record of successfully managing plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and maximize plant efficiency.
- Manage and oversee all production activities, including scheduling, quality control, and maintenance.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of plant employees.
- Monitor and control plant budgets and expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
- Implement and maintain best practices in plant operations to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in plant management in the consumer goods industry.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving results.
