We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Associate Manager in our manufacturing facility in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in the manufacturing industry and possess strong leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Plant Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility
- Supervise and provide guidance to production team members
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement team
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise within the production team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards
