We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Manager to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the healthcare facility
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction
- Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, technicians, and administrative staff
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and healthcare standards
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve patient outcomes
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Handle patient complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in budget planning and financial management of the facility

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in healthcare management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards in the UAE
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
