We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Manager to join our retail team in Dubai. The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the established quality standards before they reach our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure all products meet company standards
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of products to identify any defects or issues
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to address any quality concerns and implement corrective actions
- Train and educate staff on quality control procedures and best practices
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments, such as production and procurement, to address quality issues and implement solutions
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of quality control measures and outcomes
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in quality control

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- [X] years of experience in quality control, preferably in a retail setting
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
