We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Manager to join our construction team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control within our construction projects to ensure that our work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols for construction projects
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Provide training and guidance to construction teams on quality control procedures and best practices
- Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with external quality control agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Prepare quality control reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
