Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Consultant specializing in retail properties to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the retail real estate market and will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients, facilitating property transactions, and building strong relationships within the industry. Key Responsibilities:

- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis in the retail real estate market in Dubai.

- Client Consultation: Provide tailored advice to clients regarding retail property investments, leasing options, and market positioning. Understand clients' requirements and help them achieve their real estate goals.

- Property Management: Assist clients in the management of their retail properties, ensuring optimal performance and tenant satisfaction.

- Transaction Coordination: Facilitate lease negotiations, sale agreements, and property closings, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with local regulations.

- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, investors, and other stakeholders in the retail real estate sector.

- Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing strategies for retail properties, including digital marketing, property listings, and promotional events.

- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand professional connections and stay updated on industry developments.

- Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with Dubai real estate laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 7 years of experience in retail real estate consultancy or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully closing retail property transactions.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai retail market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software tools.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
