We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Real Estate Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate operations, program management, and experience working in the energy sector.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement real estate strategies and programs to support the company's operations in Dubai.
- Manage all aspects of real estate operations including leasing, property management, facility maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of real estate projects in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of real estate initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track the effectiveness of real estate programs and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve real estate operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in real estate operations and program management.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the energy sector is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software.
