We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Recreation Therapist to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The Recreation Therapist will be responsible for providing therapeutic recreational activities to patients in order to improve their physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recreational therapy programs for patients with various physical and mental health conditions
- Assess patients' needs and create individualized treatment plans
- Coordinate and lead group therapy sessions and recreational activities
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Stay current on best practices and trends in recreational therapy

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Recreation Therapy or related field
- Certification as a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) preferred
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and interventions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
