We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Recreation Therapist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation and logistics, with a focus on providing therapeutic recreational activities for individuals in this industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recreational therapy programs for individuals in the transportation and logistics industry, including truck drivers, warehouse workers, and other employees.
- Conduct assessments to determine the needs and interests of individuals, and create personalized treatment plans.
- Lead group therapy sessions, as well as one-on-one sessions, to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as occupational therapists and counselors, to provide holistic care for clients.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of clients, and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
- Stay current on trends and best practices in recreational therapy, and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Recreation Therapy or a related field.
- Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) preferred.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of transportation and logistics industry preferred, but not required.
