We are seeking a skilled and passionate Recreation Therapist to join our team in Dubai. The Recreation Therapist will work within the construction industry, providing therapeutic recreation services to individuals who are involved in construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement therapeutic recreation programs for individuals in the construction industry, focusing on promoting physical, emotional, and social well-being
- Conduct assessments to determine the specific needs and interests of individuals, and tailor recreation programs accordingly
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as occupational therapists and psychologists, to provide holistic care for individuals
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of individuals participating in recreation programs, and make adjustments as needed
- Provide support and guidance to individuals to help them achieve their therapeutic goals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all recreation therapy sessions and individual progress
- Stay current on best practices in recreation therapy and incorporate new techniques into program development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Recreation Therapy or related field
- [Random number] years of experience working as a Recreation Therapist
- Certification as a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of therapeutic recreation principles and techniques
- Ability to adapt recreation programs to meet the needs of diverse populations
- Experience working with individuals in a construction or industrial setting is a plus
