Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Recreation Therapist to join our team in Dubai within the Energy sector. The Recreation Therapist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating recreational therapy programs for individuals with physical, emotional, or cognitive disabilities. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to assess their needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and facilitate therapeutic activities to improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate clients' needs and abilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
- Implement therapeutic activities such as arts and crafts, sports, music, and games
- Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to clients throughout their treatment
- Stay updated on latest research and trends in recreational therapy

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Recreation Therapy or related field
- Certification in Therapeutic Recreation (CTRS) preferred
