We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a background in the energy industry and a proven track record of managing regional operations programs effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals in the region
- Lead and manage a team of operations professionals to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and innovation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Manage budget and resources effectively to optimize operational efficiency
- Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure business continuity

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the energy industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing regional operations programs
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools
