We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction operations management and a proven track record of successfully managing regional programs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure the successful delivery of construction projects across the region
- Manage operational budgets and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and improve efficiency
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and address any issues that may arise
- Work closely with senior management to develop long-term operational plans and goals for the region
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers and coordinators to ensure high performance and productivity

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in construction operations management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
