We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Operations Program Manager to oversee and manage the operational programs within our financial services organization in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing operational strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our regional operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies and programs to support the company's growth and expansion in the region.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of operational activities.
- Lead and manage a team of operations professionals to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in operations management within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing operational programs and initiatives.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
