We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Rehabilitation Counselor Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with disabilities and a desire to make a positive impact in their lives.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Rehabilitation Counselor in providing support and guidance to individuals with disabilities in a school or educational setting
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans for students
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the needs and abilities of students
- Assist students in developing life skills, social skills, and vocational skills to help them reach their full potential
- Monitor and track progress of students and make adjustments to their education plans as needed
- Provide emotional support and counseling to students and their families
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and services provided

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities in an educational setting is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards individuals with disabilities
- Knowledge of special education laws and regulations
