We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Rehabilitation Counselor Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will work closely with Rehabilitation Counselors to provide support and assistance to individuals who have experienced injuries or disabilities in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Rehabilitation Counselors in conducting assessments to determine clients' needs and goals
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to clients as they navigate the rehabilitation process
- Assist clients with developing and implementing individualized rehabilitation plans
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Provide guidance and assistance to clients in accessing resources and services in the community
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and goals
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to provide holistic care for clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Knowledge of rehabilitation principles and practices
- Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is preferred
