We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Rehabilitation Counselor Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a background in telecommunications and a passion for helping individuals with disabilities achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Rehabilitation Counselor in providing support and guidance to individuals with disabilities, including physical, mental, and emotional challenges
- Coordinate and facilitate telecommunications-related therapies and activities to help clients improve their communication skills and overall well-being
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans and goals for each client
- Monitor and track client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to clients and their families throughout the rehabilitation process
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, and documenting progress notes
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in telecommunications technology and how they can benefit individuals with disabilities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- [X] years of experience working in a rehabilitation counseling or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and compassion for individuals with disabilities
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software programs
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
