We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Operations Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the consumer goods industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing client accounts
- Monitor and analyze client performance data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and loyalty
- Prepare and present regular reports on client account status and performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management or customer service roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in the consumer goods industry is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
