We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Operations Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Aerospace and Defense industry, with experience managing relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and suppliers in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and delivery of services
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth within existing accounts
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients and partners
- Manage a team of Relationship Managers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Analyze performance metrics and report on key KPIs to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of market trends and industry regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
