We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Operations Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of customer relationship operations within the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates
- Manage a team of relationship officers and ensure they are meeting performance targets
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination in resolving customer issues
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to team members
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- [X] years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Knowledge of CRM software and other relevant tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
