We are seeking a highly skilled Remote Support Analyst to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing remote technical support to end-users in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support to end-users in the construction industry
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure software applications
- Setup and configure remote access tools for end-users
- Collaborate with onsite IT teams to resolve technical issues
- Document support activities and resolutions
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on technical issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in providing remote technical support
- Knowledge of construction industry software and applications
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification in ITIL or other relevant certifications is a plus
